Refund/ Exchanges 

Due to sanitary hygiene associated with Covid-19  we have a no refund no exchange policy. Please check all orders before purchase all sales are final.

Shipping and Delivery  

Your orders will be processed on the same day after placing order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping, Customized items are shipped within one week..  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
